Youth Faith Formation / Youth Ministry Coordinator

Sacred Heart Parish, Waseca, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time coordinator for Youth Faith Formation as well as Youth Ministry.

The duties will be

To recruit and train catechists
To help communicate with parents and the high school in scheduling
To help teachers with lesson plans and materials
To work with an adult and youth advisory committee team
To schedule sessions for junior and senior high events each month
To plan and carry out service projects with youth and parents each year
To schedule sacraments and masses with the pastor, teachers and classes
To support diocesan, national and international youth events with support from people in the parish
To encourage parent involvement in the ministry to the young people in the parish
