Human Resources and Benefits

The office administers benefit programs for the priests and employees of the parishes, schools, and institutions of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. These include health, dental, term life, long term disability, lay retirement (403 b), and Section 125 benefits.

Omada is a program for Diocese of Winona-Rochester employees and their adult family members who are at risk for type 2 diabetes or heart disease and who are enrolled in our Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® of Minnesota health plan. This is a FREE benefit to our employees.

Vitals SmartShopper

For employees enrolled in the Diocese of Winona-Rochester Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® of Minnesota health plan, Vitals SmartShopper allows you to compare the cost of medical care and earn cash back (up to $500 depending on the service or procedure).
