Pax Christi Catholic Church in Rochester, MN, seeks a Director of Children’s Ministry. The full-time Director will guide our Children’s Ministry Staff as they implement our dynamic faith formation and ministries for children. Building upon our successful programs serving nearly 300 children each week, the Director will coordinate volunteers in ministries that nurture the spiritual lives of children and their families, including: weekly formation classes, Sacramental Preparation and occasional family activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, 3+ years in a church setting, strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, willing to work with parish staff and families. Must be a practicing Catholic with a passion for sharing the Catholic faith.
