Pastoral Associate: Formation in Discipleship
The Diocese of Crookston is seeking a Catholic to serve as a Pastoral Associate in the Office of Formation in Discipleship. This person will serve on a team with the Director of the Office and the Formator for Discipleship. Ministry will involve advancing the mission of the Office by forming disciples to reach others for Christ. This will include working with priests, deacons, diocesan and parish staff, and lay Catholics based on the candidate’s gifts and needs of the office. This is a full-time benefit eligible position based in the Chancery in Crookston, Minnesota. Applicants should be a practicing Catholic, motivated to engage in the New Evangelization as articulated in the Joy of the Gospel, a bachelor’s degree and active participation in the life of the Church.
