Winona Community Warming Center (WCWC) Overnight Shelter Manager

Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota seeks to hire 1-2 more individuals on a part-time or full-time status for seasonal positions as a Winona Community Warming Center (WCWC) overnight shelter manager. The Warming Center is open from November 1 through March 31. This position sees that the WCWC operates in accordance with established policies and procedures so that guests experience safe and secure shelter in a manner that affirms their human dignity.
Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. Experience working in the Human Services or related field desired. Must be empathic and caring and committed to working with those experiencing homelessness and disconnected populations. Must work well under pressure. Shifts include 730pm – 1230am and 1230am – 830 am. Competitive salary. Limited Term Employment. Weekends and holidays required.
