The Sisters of St. Francis are currently seeking a full-time Director of Residential Life to implement opportunities and events supporting the communal, social, ministerial, spiritual, liturgical, and congregational life of the resident Sisters at Assisi Heights. This position is responsible for the overall well-being of residents by ensuring a homelike quality of life and supporting the aging-in-place philosophy and principles of person-centered living.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years of managerial experience. Experience in gerontology or managerial position in a long-term care facility preferred. Requirements include well-developed relational skills; good oral and written communication skills; the ability to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the Sisters; the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; and to reflect the Mission and values of the Rochester Franciscans.
