Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota seeks a full-time Director of Program Services. This position is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the various social and community outreach programs offered by the Agency.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nonprofit management, social work, public health, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in the social and community outreach industry with direct supervisory responsibilities is strongly desired.
