Sacred Heart Catholic School in Waseca, MN is seeking applicants for the position of Principal for the 2025-26 school year, with a start date of July 1, 2025. The mission of Sacred Heart is to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, prepare students academically, and create a community where service is valued and celebrated.

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church with a strong commitment to and working knowledge of the Catholic faith.

2. Master's Degree in Education.

3. Minimum of five years of teaching experience, with experience in a Catholic school strongly preferred.

4. Possession of or eligibility for a state-issued administrative license/certificate is preferred.

5. High level of interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to implement policies, directives, and initiatives.

6. Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the school organization.
