The Parish Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the parish in accordance with diocesan policies and procedures. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the Pastor and Finance Council with timely financial information. The Bookkeeper ensures all financial operations reflect the mission, values, and stewardship principles of the Catholic Church.
