The fourth Annual Man of God Men's Conference will take place at Loyola Catholic School in Mankato.  Bishop Quinn would like to invite all men to attend this faith-filled event. Men can expect dynamic talks, great food, and opportunities to receive the Sacrament of Penance, participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and spend time with Jesus Christ in Eucharistic Adoration.

Keynote: Fr. Paul Hoesing.  A rural native of the Omaha Archdiocese, Fr. Hoesing was ordained in 2002.  After serving several years as Associate Pastor with High School teaching and chaplaincy duties, he was appointed Director of Vocations in June of 2008 and elected President of the National Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors in 2013.  

In August 2015 Archbishop Lucas released Fr. Hoesing to be the Dean of Seminarians and Director of Human Formation for Kenrick Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri.  He also serves as a faculty member the Institute for Priestly Formation in Omaha, Nebraska.  

Our Second Keynote Speaker:  Fr. Patrick Mary Briscoe, OP.  Raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Fr. Patrick has recently finished his studies in theology at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C. Ordained a priest in May 2016, he presently serves at St. Pius V Parish in Providence, Rhode Island, and as Deputy Senior Editor of the Catholic news site Aleteia.org.

Fr. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, where he majored in philosophy and French literature. Since joining the Dominican Order, he has served in campus ministry, as a missionary in Kenya, at St. Matthew's Cathedral in Washington, DC, and he has taught at Providence College. During the Jubilee Year of Mercy, he worked on special assignment for the Knights of Columbus in Krakow, Poland, as an organizer at the World Youth Day Mercy Centre.

The Man of God Conference will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 9:00am - 4:00pm at Loyola Catholic High School in Mankato.  $25/person.
