Mr. Andrew Brannon: reappointed Chief Finance Officer for the Diocese of Winona-Rochester for a five-year term, effective January 24, 2023.
Tribunal Judge
Rev. Glenn Frerichs: appointed First Instance Judge for the Diocese of Winona-Rochester Tribunal for a five-year term, effective January 5, 2023.
